As Executive Vice President of Recruiting, what are your main priorities?
My day-to-day focuses include managing all recruiting efforts, including direct hire, temporary, temp-to-hire positions, daily claims, and program business. I’m continuously looking to improve sourcing, qualifying resources, and streamlining processes, while also creating strategic plans for client programs, department reorganization, and business expansion.

What inspires me about this work is the opportunity to make a significant impact on both the organization and individuals’ careers. I believe in the power of effective recruiting to not only fill positions but to strategically align talent with business goals.
